Mummy bought my fav for breakfast this morning, MUFFINS!! What a great day to start with, muffins and a nice cup of hot tea, and not forgetting the newspaper.
Iam a sucker for muffins, no matter what flavor it is. Somehow these muffins bought from Ubi are kinda different from the other places i have tried. It's more spongy, though it's a little out of shape, but it tastes better.(
that's what i think) The flavoring is rather generous, take the walnut for example, the sprinkled nuts was quite a handful as noticed on top of the muffin, and even as well as inside. You can feel the walnuts in the bites that you take.
Though it was bought the day before, left it in the oven and baked it for a couple of minutes, it was crispy on the outside, hot in the inside, and the chocs of course, melted.....
Didnt realise that they have a muffin shop at Ubi area, as it's suppose to be an industrialized area. I suppose those working there will always be treated with the nice smell of muffins baking in the oveb, esp those who like me, loves muffins....
