Back Log of Events that occured

Looks like i have not been updating the events that happened. August seems like a busy month for my pocket as well as for my stomach... It was as if i was on an eating-spree.

16 Aug 2008 - Sunset Grill and Bar. (Directions)

Heard that this place might be closing down soon, thus me and my collegues decided to go an visit this place before it really does close. Famous for it's chicken wings that comes from Level 1-10, it's chilliness i mean. Took Level 5 and it did make me high~~

20 August 2008 - Carousel Royal Plaza at Scotts
Celebrating Mummy Birthday. Heard this place has lots of positive comments on it's fresh seafood and deserts, so here we are, eating to our hearts contents.

22 August 2008 - IPhone Launch at Singtel
A bunch of us decided to be crazy and volunteer our services for the IPhone launch. Took the graveyard shift, just to experience in the opening ceremony activities. It was fun, getting to talk to customers and introduce them to the phone. I had an all-nighter with the phone, and was bored after a while. Honestly, there's nothing much to play with, UNLESS, you have downloaded the applications. By then, it will be an almighty phone with applications that are useful and stupid ones that doesnt make sense.

26 August 2008 - Imperial Garden Restaurant, yes again...
Colleagues celebrated my coming birthday, and we went to Yishun again. Wanted to enjoy the 50% discount before end of the month.. We ordered as if it was an 8 course dinner. The birthday cake was Oreo- filled with ice cream. Totally love the cake though it was very very sinful to my stomach..

28 August 2008 - Imperial Garden Restaurant
Celebrating mummy's birthday again on her real bdae date, and yes, it's at Yishun Safra. Decided to take advantage of the 50% discount again, as usual typical Sporean, and so treated mummy to yet another filling meal.

Had the privilege to had dinner at Imperial Garden Restaurant@ Yishun Safra. They were having the 50% discount on all ala carte items. Definitely have to give it a try.

2-3 Aug 08 - MTV Asia Award at Genting

Had the privilege to go to Genting to catch the MTV Asia Awards 08 with a colleague. Was rather excited about it since it was my first time attending an award show.
Apart from the award show to attend, we had a few games at the casino, did a bit of shopping, eating at the mushroom farm, and went for KTV all within our weekend 2D1N stay.

The MTV award show was dazzling, the performances were fantastic. At first we thought that since it is the Asia Award, most of the performances would be in mandarin, but lucky for me, i totally enjoyed all the English songs performed and i was definitely singing along with the crowd.
